I was part of the team that worked on the update to the Glacier Country website. I worked off a design provided by an in-house designer and coded the site to update the look, structure and fix some SEO issues. I used a bit of the Skeleton Boilerplate to help some typography styling. The site is color coded into Glacier’s five basic categories: About, Go, Do, Stay and Tools and pulls in section-specific content and graphics where necessary. It also utilizes an extensive member database to pull in member-specific content and travel deals.
The site was rebuilt over the course of about 10 months – a long process, but when you look at the completed site, it was obviously well worth it.
The site has since received another refresh, view the current site*
